26-007-3 Water Main Reloacation IFB

Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (“PhilaPort”) is issuing this Invitation For Bids (“IFB”) to meet the needs of PhilaPort to satisfy a need for a Water Main Relocation and On-Site Parking Facility Improvements. The work to be performed is described in Part III of this IFB and the Contract Documents (the “Project” or “Work”). All of the Work is required to be performed within sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the date the notice to proceed is issued. If PhilaPort enters into a contract as a result of this IFB, it will be a contract containing the Standard Construction Form of Contract, Construction Contract Terms and Conditions, Supplemental Grant Terms and Conditions, and the Philadelphia Water Department’s Developer’s Agreement included in Part IV of this IFB.
