The City of El Reno/El Reno Municipal Authority will receive sealed bids for Water System Improvements Along Jensen Road in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, City of El Reno at 101 N. Choctaw, El Reno, Oklahoma 73036 until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at which time they will be opened and read aloud, to wit:

Funding for this project is provided through the FAP loan program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner.
Specifications are on file in the office of Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc., at 13911 Quail Pointe Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73134 Phone (405) 755-5325, and are available electronically for a non-refundable payment of $50.00. Contractor will be issued a username and password to retrieve the Specifications upon payment. Contractor must obtain plans and specifications from the office of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer’s bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project.
This project is to be financed by a FAP Bond loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) and shall be referred to as Project No. FAP-23-003-L. The following requirements and regulations must be complied with:

Offerors are responsible for submitting proposals, and any modifications or revisions, so as to reach the office designated in the solicitation by the time specified in herein.
Any proposal, modification, or revision received at the office designated in the solicitation after the exact time specified for receipt of offers is “late” and will not be considered.
