The City of Hot Springs is issuing its “Request for Proposals” or “Invitation to Bid” for:

Bid Project Item: 2025 WATER LINE IMPROVEMETNS
Bid Opening Time, Date & Location: 2:00 PM CT, MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2025, 324 Malvern Ave, 71901, 2nd Floor, Room 206; PO Box 6300, 71902, City of Hot Springs, Arkansas
Bidding Documents may be examined at the issuing office of the Engineer, Hanson & McLaughlin, LLC, 320 Executive Court, Suite 202, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, on Mondays through Fridays during normal business hours.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon the non-refundable payment of $150.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Hanson & McLaughlin, LLC. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the Issuing Office. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM local time on April 11, 2025 at the Parks & Recreation Conference Room, 111 Opera Street, Suite A, Hot Springs, Arkansas. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is non-mandatory.
Sealed paper responses to this invitation can also be submitted to the Purchasing Division by mail or in person. Facsimile submissions are not acceptable. The sealed envelope,
including express envelopes
, must be identified as a sealed bid and show the item or bid number.
All responses must be submitted no later than the date and time shown above for consideration.
