Project Description: The City of Tempe (City) is issuing this Request for Proposal to establish a two (2) year contract for a water leak detection survey of potable water lines (6” to 12” diameter) performed at least once per year for the City Municipal Utilities Division – Water Utilities. Any resultant contract shall be subject to renewal for subsequent periods as provided for within the Special Terms and Conditions of this RFP. Resulting contract(s) may also be available for use by other cities per the Special Terms and Conditions of this RFP.
