Water Laboratory Testing Services

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Clerk of the Schuyler County Legislature will receive sealed bids for the Laboratory Services for the Schuyler County Public Health’s Watershed Protection Agency from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027. Bids shall be in accordance with detailed specifications on file with the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Watkins Glen, NY 14891. Bid specs are also available at www.schuylercounty.us (Purchasing Dept / Bids & RFPs) and on the Empire State Purchasing Group website. Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “SEALED BID –LABORATORY SERVICES FOR WATERSHED PROTECTION AGENCY” and be mailed or delivered to the Clerk of the Legislature, 105 Ninth Street, Unit 6, Watkins Glen, NY 14891, no later than 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened that same day at 10:15 a.m. and considered by the Schuyler County Legislature at a later date. The County of Schuyler reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
