At that time the bids will be publicly opened and read.

A site visit will follow immediately after the Pre-Bid conference. All potential bidders are encouraged, but not required to attend. This will be the only opportunity for a site visit, unless otherwise warranted by the Water Treatment and Distribution Superintendent.
