SOLICITATION FOR SEALED BID
2026 Ozark Missouri Water Disinfection Chemicals
The City of Ozark Water system is soliciting sealed bids for the following chemicals: Chlorine Gas in 150lb Cylinders. Bid price shall include delivery to the all Ozark well sites within 72 hours of the order being placed. All expenses for making bids to the city are to be borne by the bidder. Preference may be given to the lowest and best total combined bid for Chlorine Gas.

Chlorine shall only come in 150lbs cylinders.

Chlorine bottles shall be delivered within 72 hours of the order being placed
-
Chlorine bottles shall NOT have a bottle deposit charge or any demurrage fee.

Bid price shall include delivery to all (12) well sites
-
Bid shall NOT have any fuel surcharge added.
SEALED BIDS MUST BE PHYSICALLY RECEIVED IN THE CITY CLERK’S OFFICE, 205 N. 1

Street, Ozark, PRIOR TO FEBRUARY 19, 2026, By 10:00 AM. Bids shall be signed by the individual authorized to legally bind the company.

Bids must be submitted with “2026 OZARK WATER DISINFECTION CHEMICALS” clearly indicated on the outside of the mailing envelope.

Bids received after the opening date and time will be rejected.

FAXED/EMAILED BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
