2. Bids shall be Directed to Michelle Bathke, Finance Officer, 612 North Main Street, Mitchell, SD Before 1:30 pm local standard time on the 4th day of March, 2026, for:

1. Project: Mitchell Water Department
2. Project Description:  This project consists of a new pre-engineered metal building designed to accommodate shop space, parts storage, cold storage, offices, breakroom, restroom, and a mezzanine building.
3. There will be a pre-bid conference at the City Hall - Council Chambers at 1:30 pm on February 18, 2026. All bidders are encouraged to attend.
4. Bidding Documents will be on display at the office of construction plan rooms as listed in Section 00 0102 - Project Information.
5. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.  Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.
6. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission.
7. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
