Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Corrections (UDC)
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Water Delivery Services (Distilled, Bottle & Water Dispenser)
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Lowest Responsible and Responsive Bidder
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 2 Years.
