Water Chemical Treatment of Boiler/Chiller/Cooling Towers Systems Maintenance Job Order Contract

The work, in general, consists of, but is not limited to, providing services and chemicals and certain testing equipment incidental to protect the system from scale, corrosion, and microbio in the boilers and chiller systems throughout City of Monterey, Presidio of Monterey, and Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) Enterprise Operation Center (DEOC). The work shall include, but not be limited to, monthly onsite services visits consisting of review of inspections, chemical inventory, corrosion review, training, treatment report and recommendations, and chemical analysis of discharge wastewater as needed
