Description
Project Description: One electronic proposal for Water Based Fire System Inspections, must be received from eligible Proposers, submitted to the School Board’s Procurement Services Department, Euna Procurement Platform no later than 2:00 PM EST, on June 10, 2026, to be considered. Proposers that do not comply with the School Board’s procedures or deadlines will not be considered. The School Board will retain all proposer information received. The Euna Procurement electronic platform will not allow submissions after the opening date and time, and therefore late proposals will not be accepted or considered for award. The District anticipates making multiple awards; however, a single award may be made if determined to be in the best interest of the District.
The School District of Lee County, hereinafter District, desires to secure firm prices for quarterly, semiannual, annual, and five-year inspections and testing for the District’s water-based fire systems. These systems include but are not limited to: fire sprinklers, fire hydrants, fire pumps, backflow devices, and fire hoses.
