Release Date: 4/10/2025
Due Date: 5/1/2025
The City of Tucson Water Department seeks a consultant to assist with the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) continuous improvement & operational asset reliability program. Currently, the program is being developed to identify and establish how the Water Department will complete condition assessments for specific assets. These include evaluating the asset class and categories requiring condition assessment (See Attachment E), defining the assessment survey questions, defining the Equipment Ranking in Hexagon EAM, and determining how all the data collected will feed into a performance and condition score for each asset in the project. This project will also initiate discussions on Tucson Water’s Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) journey.
As such, the City of Tucson (COT) Water Department (TW Tucson Water) is seeking one qualified consulting firm to provide Tucson Water with the supporting services in our efforts to meet short and long-term objectives consisting of: 1) Gap Analysis: reviewing current Hexagon EAM workflow documentation related to our Condition Assessment program, evaluating components of condition score, methodologies, data quality, and compliance. 2) Program Management & Support: Support TW with full-scale implementation of the Hexagon EAM Equipment Ranking (Condition Assessment) program and developing advanced asset management strategies & practices to drive towards capital planning, failure analysis, and RCM.
