The City of Siloam Springs, AR will be accepting unpriced technical proposals for 2026 Chemicals to be used at the Water Treatment Plant, 2600 S Carl St., and the Wastewater Treatment Plant, 975 Anderson Ave., Siloam Springs, AR until 2:00 PM CT on December 12, 2025.

All interested parties may electronically download the Chemical Bid Packet at the following link.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities, if in the City’s opinion, it is in the best interest of the City. The supplier will specify the delivery and installation time in their proposal, but if the delivery/installation time is not met, the City may cancel the contract, without penalty to the City.
