The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals
(CSP) for the following project in Montgomery County, The Woodlands,
Texas: CSP No. 23-0010-A – Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 2 Storage
Building No. 2.
LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
SJRA Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 2
Construction of a 60-ft x30-ft storage building with a 40-ft x30-ft open canopy
with 16-ft tall eaves. The building is to have two motorized steel roll-up bay
doors, three pedestrian doors, electrical system, ventilation system and
plumbing for water. The project is to be turn-key construction in which the
Contractor will provide design and construction of the foundation base,
concrete foundation, the storage building and all its openings and
ventilation, electrical system, lighting, and exterior pavement.
Engineer's opinion of probable construction cost: $ 460,000
Estimated project schedule: Substantial Completion within 180 calendar
days after NTP.
