ACEDP Grant #790-09345
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements (including rehabilitation of existing sand filtration system and related appurtenances) for the City of Norfork, Arkansas, will be received by the Honorable Lisa Harrison, Mayor, at the Norfork City Hall, 49 City Hall Circle, Norfork, Arkansas 72658 until 10:00 a.m (Local Time) on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of the removal and replacement of filter media, distribution piping, and underdrain piping. Instruction to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be examined and obtained ($100.00 cost per hardcopy set obtained, non-refundable) at Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 (Ph: 870-972-5316); John S. Selig, P.E., Cell Ph: 870-273-4185, email: jselig@ce-associates.biz . Bidding Documents may also be downloaded at www.questcdn.com . Reference QuestCDN project number 10131915 for a non-refundable charge of $30.00. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration, downloading digital project information, and vBid online bid submittal. Project Bid Documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholders List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional, non-refundable charge of $30.00. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than QuestCDN or CEA.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
