Date: September 10, 2025 Time: 10:00 a.m. Location: I-84 Eastbound Rest Stop in the town of Willington, CT Where to meet: Front of Rest Stop building, Park and Access from the Truck Lot After inspection of Eastbound side, all travel to Westbound side and park and access from Car Lot, proceed to inspect Westbound Side. Late Arrivals (15 minutes or more) will not be given credit for attendance nor allowed to participate in the Solicitation process.  Vendors will not be admitted to state buildings without a valid photo ID.  Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your response.
