Wastewater system improvements project

Public Notice of RFQ for
Engineering Services
The City of Brookland has received a grant from the Delta Regional Authority for a wastewater system improvements project. The project will consist of constructing a new headworks system.
The City of Brookland is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
Procedures for selection of an individual/firm will be in accordance with the State of Arkansas procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process.
Interested parties are invited to secure a Request for Qualifications package from East Arkansas Planning & Development District by emailing Courtney Nance at cnance@eapdd.com .
All interested parties must submit three copies of their response to the Request for Qualifications package to the East Arkansas Planning & Development District at 2905 King Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72403. Statements of Qualifications will be accepted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 23, 2026.
All individuals/firms must have active registration status in SAM.GOV .
