Monterey One Water (M1W) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform a comprehensive wastewater rate, capacity and comprehensive fee study, and cost allocation plan.  The intent of the Study is to independently assess the Agency’s existing wastewater user rates and other fees charged by the Agency and develop fair and equitable rates that are based on a cost-of-service analysis.
