Wastewater Pump Stations & Meter Pits - Operation and Maintenance

The Town of Dracut is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30, §39M for a full-service contract to perform operations and maintenance activities necessary of the eighteen (18) pump stations and three (3) Meter Pits within the Dracut Sewer System in Dracut, Massachusetts, from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to renew for two additional one-year contract.

Bids must be submitted on or before May 27, 2026, 2PM, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Bid must be in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “IFB 2026-11 Wastewater Pump Stations & Meter Pits - Operation and Maintenance” - company name; date and time bids are due, on the outside of the envelope.

Late bids will not be accepted, nor will fax or e-mailed bids be accepted.

The Town of Dracut reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bids or reject in whole or in part any and all bids if the Town determines that cancellation or rejection serves the best interests of the Town.
