Seeking proposals from qualified firms capable of providing inspection, operation and maintenance of the main sewer pumping station, seven sewer lift stations, one water booster station and an odor mitigation unit.  Operation and maintenance services shall be provided in a safe, secure, effective and efficient manner.  The term of the contract is for a period of three years.

*An optional tour of the facilities will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Humphrey Street Pump Station, 535 Humphrey Street in Swampscott. Each proposer must provide their own transportation.
