   1. SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to rework and restore existing manhole invert table to correctly transition wastewater lines.

      1. Work shall include providing all transportation, materials, and labor. The awarded contractor shall complete the following:
      
      
      
      
   
   
   
   

• Jet/Vac waste and material from problematic manhole.


• Rework the existing manhole masonry invert table to permanently correct the newly installed 8" PVC sanitary line and all other line transition into the table.


• Conduct a wastewater flow test to include flushing media.
