Wastewater Main Office Programming Space Planning Study Services

The City of Spokane Wastewater Department, in partnership with the City Facilities Department is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing data collection, space analysis, department needs analysis, programming, space planning, and pre-design concept development for the City of Spokane Wastewater Office located at 909 East Sprague Avenue.

It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
