ACEDP Grant #790-09280
Sealed bids from licensed contractors for construction of City of East Camden Wastewater Improvement Project in East Camden, Arkansas, will be received by the City of East Camden 536 AR-274, P.O. Box 994 Camden, AR 71711 until 1:00 PM on Wednesday March 26, 2025 and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.
The scope of work consists of: Furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to replace approximately 2,775 L.F of gravity sewer line and manholes.
Instructions to Bidders, ACEDP grant requirements, Bid and Contract Forms, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents may be purchased from the Engineer for $100.00 per set. No refunds will be made.
The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and
must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
