Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR THE NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER PHILADELPHIA DIVISION (NSWCPD) IN SUPPORT OF THE NAVA FOUNDRY AND PROPELLER CENTER (NFPC).



NFPC requires horizontal storage tanks with a capacity and registered placard capacity less than or equal to 4999 gallons that meets UL-142 specifications.



Application: Aboveground



Type: DOUBLE WALL TYPE I 360



Material: Mild Carbon Steel



Tank Diameter not to exceed: 6'0"



Inner Shell: 1/4" Shell 1/4" Heads Outer Shell: 10 GA Shell 10 GA Heads



Thermal tank Insulation – a minimum of 2" Pour Foam between Inner and outer shells



24” Dia. Manway - Tight Bolt; Include: Gasket, Stainless Steel Nuts, Bolts & Washers



Saddles - UL Style (72" Dia.) and Seal Welded Saddles to Tank



The contractor is responsible for performing the tasks listed in Section 3.0, Requirements found in Attached SOW.
