The intent of this Invitation for Bid is to acquire one vendor to collect waste oil and coolant from the City's Department of Fleet Management twice monthly or on an "as needed" basis in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. Pickups may be scheduled from additional City sites if required.
