Waste Collection, Recycling and Related Services

Irving Independent School District is accepting proposals and seeking highly qualified respondents for WASTE COLLECTION, RECYCLING AND RELATED SERVICES throughout the duration of this agreement.

This RFP covers categories that include the following: Dumpster Service, Recycling and Roll-off Containers.

ADDENDUM 1: Publish answers to questions from potential vendors. Due date remains the same.

ADDENDUM 2: Publish the pre-bid conference sign in sheet.

ADDENDUM 3: Extend Due date to May 15, 2023 at 2:00pm CST.

Pre-Bid Conference: APRIL 18, 2023 at 10:00am, Irving ISD Service Center Conference Room, 3620 Valley View, Irving, TX 75062.

The term of award will be one (1) year from the date of award with the District's option to renew for THREE(3) additional 12 month periods.

Although we are legally required to accept paper bids, we strongly request bidders submit their response electronically. Please feel free to contact Irving ISD Purchasing Office at 972-600-5440 if you require any assistance with this submittal. When filing this bid electronically, please do not send us a paper copy, as the electronic version will prevail. NO emailed or Faxed bids will be accepted. Your cooperation is appreciated.
