Description
Project Description: The project consists of full width reconstruction of Washington Street from Wood Avenue to approximately 75 feet beyond McMillan Ave and consists of:
Roadway: work includes full reconstruction of the roadway section with cement treated base, curb and gutter, planter strip, sidewalks, ADA ramps and driveways. This project also includes partial reconstruction of Wood Avenue to accommodate new utility crossings and improvements to Wood Avenue ADA improvements. This includes an alternative bid for restoration of planter strips with either new top soil or fertilizer amended in place.
Utilities: Replace 6” asbestos concrete watermain, replacement of 8” sanitary sewer main, and new storm system.
