The Work generally consists of an approximate 27,185 SF addition and an approximate 24,810 SF renovation to an existing single-story building including a kitchen expansion, new sprinkler system throughout, and life safety systems replacement/upgrade throughout, as well as increased parking, fire lane access, and related sitework. The scope includes but not limited to masonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishings indicated, shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise.
