Questions: All questions related to this project prior to the opening of bids should be directed through the U3P portal, or by email to Nick Patterson at npatterson@forsgren.com. Questions are due by 1:00 PM on September 2, 2025
Submission: Sealed bids for construction of the WCSW Landfill Improvements – Phase 2B will be received by Washington County Solid Waste until Thursday, September 4, 2025, 2:00 PM (local time). Bids shall be submitted via email to Nick Patterson, P.E., engineering consultant, at npatterson@forsgren.com.
Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. It is recommended that contractors visit the site to familiarize themselves with topography and existing conditions.
