Summary

Washington County's Facilities, Fleet and Parks department is looking to replace the existing envelope of Service Center East Building (Roof, Siding and Windows), the project will also include upgrading the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) System. Service Center East Building, 3700 SW Murray Blvd, Beaverton, OR 97005.

Background

The existing HVAC system uses R22 refrigerant and updated compressors, the roof has reached the end of its useful life (leaking), water damage to siding, and windows are visible.
