Commercial Washers and Dryers
General: The James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital, Haley s Cove Community Living Center in Tampa, FL, requires replacement commercial washers and dryers.
Background: The facility s aging laundry equipment is failing frequently, increasing downtime and maintenance costs. Some components are obsolete, forcing staff to transport laundry offsite. New, energy efficient washers, dryers, and bases are needed to restore reliable operations and meet the established Basis of Design.
Purpose: This procurement aims to acquire commercial grade laundry equipment that ensures reliable performance, operational efficiency, and compliance with VA infection control and environmental standards. The new units will reduce downtime, lower maintenance costs, and support uninterrupted laundry services for patient care and facility operations.
