PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The State of Nebraska (State), Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Materiel Division, State Purchasing Bureau (SPB), is issuingthis solicitation for a commodity contract, ITB Number 6844 OF for the purpose of selecting a qualified Contractor to provide 3/8” washed, 1” and 1.5” Crusher Run Rock, and Crushed Rock for Surfacing. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as the State reserves the right to contract for the same or similar goods from other sources now or in the future.
