Acquisition Details: This acquisition is conducted IAW FAR Subpart 16.5, Section 16.505 (Ordering). Evaluation of commercial items will be based on lowest price technically acceptable (FAR 52.212-2). Contract financing will not be provided. Invoice instructions will be provided upon award.

Solicitation: This solicitation is for brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver and install the following: Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside.
