|
This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Bidders to provide Bids for the provision of LLM21030b – Wascana Park Sewer Lining as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
The work involves the lining of building sanitary sewer lines within Wascana Park in Regina.

A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2026. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bidders are asked to assemble at the Legislative Building’s south service entrance, located at 2405 Legislative Drive, Regina, Saskatchewan. Access to the service entrance is via Avenue A. Bidders are required to show photo identification for entry into the Legislative Building.
