Notice is hereby given that the City of Warwick
Will be accepted bids for the construction of
BID# 2024-292
WARWICK CITY PARK DOG PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
The City of Warwick, Rhode Island will accept sealed bids for “City Park Dog Park
Improvements” at the City of Warwick Purchasing Department located at Warwick City Hall
Annex, 65 Centerville Road, 1st Floor Suite D, Warwick, RI 02886 until no later than 11:00 AM on
Thursday, December 21, 2023.
Bidding Documents and Contract Specifications will be posted on the City’s website at
www.warwickri.gov/bids and the RI State Purchasing website at www.purchasing.ri.gov.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM
on-site at the existing dog park located at Warwick City Park, 40 Asylum Road, Warwick, Rhode
Island. Participants will be asked to sign in and provide an email address as a project contact.
Requests for Information will be due by Friday, December 15, 2023 by 12:00 PM. Requests for
