Project Description: Sealed bids will be received online by West Goshen Township via PennBid until 11:00 A.M. prevailing time, on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at which time they will be opened online and posted via PennBid for:

STREAM REHABILITATION
The project consists of stream bank rehabilitation along approximately 500 linear feet of a tributary to Goose Creek in West Goshen Township, Chester County. The work includes excavation of failed and eroding bank material, floodplain regrading to reduce steep bank slopes, removal of existing vegetation to facilitate earthwork, installation of erosion control measures, and restoration of disturbed areas with riparian plantings.

Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of West Goshen Township or a Bid Bond in favor of West Goshen Township in the amount of 10% of the bid price. Said check or bond shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
The work in connection with this project constitutes Public Work by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders are advised that prevailing minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, must be paid to workmen employed on this project.
No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days of the date of the bid opening.
