Warren County Courthouse Exterior Restoration- Phase II

Project Description: Sealed proposals will be accepted through PennBid by the Warren County Commissioners until 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025 for exterior restorations to the Warren County Courthouse, 204 Fourth Ave., Warren, Pa.
The work consists of a single prime contract for general construction for exterior masonry restoration and painting of metal pediments, cornices and wood window frames.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the site on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 10 a.m. All contract documents are available online through PennBid. Bids will only be accepted through PennBid.
Prevailing wage rates have been posted for this project and bidders are required to submit bid security totaling ten (10) percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond in the amount equal to 100 % of the contract sum. Offers will be submitted on the electronic bid forms within PennBid, inclusive of uploading supplemental forms within the contract documents and must be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after submission.
Proposals will be unsealed and read during the commissioner’s Monday, June 16, 2025 meeting, which will be held at noon at the Warren County Courthouse.
The Warren County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to accept or reject any item contained in a bid and to waive irregularities.
