The County wants this valuable recreational destination to be a safe and stimulating place for children of all needs and abilities to play. James City County is interested in proposals with site layout of playground equipment, with a theme based on the outdoors to include swings, slides and climbing elements. The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit for Warhill Sports Complex Playground Equipment Replacement, Furnish, Install, Disposal and Sitework.
