Warehouse Management Services

The New York State Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services, Office of Emergency Management (DHSES/OEM) is seeking to contract with a qualified firm that can provide comprehensive maintenance and management services for existing warehouse facilities across three locations, using a forward-looking strategy that includes potential consolidation.

The State considers the following qualifications as pre-requisites for consideration as a qualified Proposer for this solicitation.

The following minimum requirements must be met by each proposer:

1. Be currently operating at least 1 million sq. ft. of warehouse space across a single or multiple locations in the United States (whether owned, leased, or in an outsourced capacity).

2. Be currently operating at least 1 warehouse in the Northeastern or Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DE, PA, NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, VA, WV) of the United States from which it serves customers in New York State.

3. Have, within the last 5 years, operated warehousing inventory and supply chain functions utilizing cloud-based supply chain management software.
