Description


Sealed bids for construction of the Ward 1 - 2025 Infrastructure Improvements will be received until the closing time of October 23, 2025 at 2:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted by the Bidder electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Any bid received after the bid closing time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Base Cost of all Bids will be posted by the Owner/Engineer to the QuestCDN website within approximately 30 minutes after the bid closing time. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment to install approximately 4,000 LF of 8" sanitary sewer main, 5,400 LF 6" and 2" water main, and 300 LF CPP storm pipe including, but not limited to fire hydrants, valves, manholes, storm structures, pavement replacement, earthwork, grassing, soil erosion and sedimentation control measures, and appurtenances necessary to provide a complete installation. Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Bidders may also view the digital plan documents for free by creating a Quest account and entering the Quest project number 9801930 on the website's project search page. Bidders can download the digital documents for a fee of $100 payable through the website. Bids must be submitted electronically at QuestCDN.com. There will be an additional $50.00 bid submittal fee.
