Brief Description: MnDOT requests letters of interest for a final design for a Mill and Overlay Project on Trunk Highway (TH) 2 in Itasca County within the town of Warba. This design will include ADA improvements as well as a temporary Traffic Control Plan and Signing Plan. The goal of this project is to receive a final design plan that is suitable for advertised bidding.
