WANTED TO LEASE BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Sacramento

The Office of Emergency Services is looking for approximately 43,948 nusf of space consisting of 1,988 nusf of office space and 41,960 nusf of warehouse space in the City of Sacramento plus 20 parking spaces to Code. An additional 2.4 acres of yard space is required, with a storage shed.

Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details.
