BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Sacramento
The California Department of Insurance is looking for approximately 27,871 nusf of office space in the City of Sacramento plus parking spaces to Code, including 18 secured parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance. Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details.
