The California Air Resources Board is looking for approximately 200 nusf of roof topspace in the
City of South Lake Tahoe plus one (1) parking space to Code.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State
plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable
codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply
with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. The State of California will, where
cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star
