WANTED TO LEASE
BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA - Rancho Cordova

The State Water Resources Control Board is looking for approximately 54,674 nusf of office and warehouse space in the City of Rancho Cordova plus 20 exclusive and/or fenced parking spaces.
Buildings submitted must: 1) Be Asbestos Hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate State plans, specifications, seismic safety, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes (California Building Code & Title 24); 3) Be close to public transportation; and 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements.  The State of California will, where cost effective, give preference to those buildings which demonstrate LEED or Energy Star compliance.  Please refer to http://energystar.gov for further details.
The State is anticipating capital construction in the City of Sacramento and intends to eventually reduce the use of space on a leased basis.
