Walnut Street Final Design RFP 2025-07

Project Description: The City of Harrisburg is ready to advance the Walnut Street section between Front Street and 4th Street. After applying for Transportation Alternatives Set Aside (TASA) grant funding the city is ready to advance the Walnut Street section of the project to complete the original East-West Multimodal Connection Phase 1 project.
Ad: Request for Proposals (Engineering): The City of Harrisburg, Office of the City Engineer is seeking proposals from experienced engineering firms for final design of a roadway project in Downtown Harrisburg. All solicitation documents and details will be available on PennBid.net. All questions about the meaning or intent of the solicitation must be submitted in writing on Pennbid.net. Telephone and e-mail inquiries will be directed to PennBid. Submissions will be considered valid for a period of 60 days. Proposals will be accepted on PennBid by Hillary Greene, City of Harrisburg 10 N. Second Street Suite 302A, Harrisburg, PA 17101 until 11:00 P.M. prevailing time, April 10, 2025, and opened electronically with the Office of the Controller on the following business day that all parties are available.
