Wallace Township 2025 Road Repairs (Double Seal Coat) - WT-25-01 Project

Project Description: Bids will be accepted electronically via the PennBid Program until 10:00 AM on June 10, 2025. Bids will be opened and immediately posted at approximately 10:00 AM on PennBid. Final questions shall be accepted electronically via the PennBid program until 3:00 PM on June 3, 2025. Copies of the Bidding Documents are available at no cost through PennBid.
All construction and materials must meet current PA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION SPECIFICATIONS. All proposals must be upon forms provided in the PennBid system.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid amount, made payable to Wallace Township. The bid bond or scan of the check shall be uploaded to PennBid. The apparent low bidder will be required to provide the original copy of the check within three days of bid opening.
The successful bidder must furnish the required documents as listed in the specification within ten (10) days after the contract has been awarded. The project must be substantially completed September 26, 2025 and final completion on or before October 17, 2025.
