This Presolicitation pertains to the Lightning Protection System (LPS) Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District. This will be a hybrid (Firm-Fixed-Price and Time and Materials) service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238290 and the associated small business size standard is $22M. The solicitation will be a Total Small Business Set Aside.
