The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Walkway Repairs & Concrete Pad Replacement, Buffumville Lake, Charlton, MA.

QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED.

THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove and replace approximately 700 linear feet of stone dust walkways and railroad tie border, three railroad tie staircases, two railroad tie and stone dust picnic platforms, and a 26’ by 10’ concrete pad. All work within the Buffumville Lake property will be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about June 25, 2025. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238110 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million.
