Notes	The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for Walk-In Freezer & Cooler. The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031. This RFP is due on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 2:00. Late responses will not be considered. Questions must be received by no later than Tuesday, February, 4 by 2:00 pm. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered. Contact Fred Walker at fwalker@ccisd.net for site visitation. This proposal is for equipment and delivery to the listed schools only. Installation is NOT to be included in pricing. This proposal is scheduled to be approved at the regular February CCISD Board meeting. THE TERM OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE EFFECTIVE FROM February 25, 2025 with No Renewal options. This is a one time purchase.
